We are powerless over food
and our lives have become unmanageable…
but everybody else’s?
Surely we’re competent enough
if not to manage them ourselves
at least to tell them how it’s done.
But no, the further we go
in understanding this Recovery stuff
we better we come to understand
once a toddler gets pull-up training pants
and conquers them
we’ve lost our chance to actually change
another person!
