Change is in the air as a new year begins,
much more than remembering the added digit
as you write the date. We have goals to meet,
a self-commitment to do better this year.

for productivity. But the solution is not gritted teeth,
not the old college try. The answer to achieving,
to thriving, to improving, is to give up, to surrender,
