Nine-twenty, Monday,
at least in Texas.
In California it’s seven-twenty,
in Ireland three-twenty
but afternoon, not morning.
Turkey? Five-twenty…
except when time zones change
on different days in the US
and Ireland…and Turkey
by order of the president
ignores Europe’s time-change,
setting it off a week.
Then there are the Skype issues.
And times we have to use phones
instead of computers.
And who has premium package
so they can place the call.
But every Monday at twenty after
some hour, whatever, wherever,
recovery happens thanks to technology
and recovering people we love
around the world.
