I heard how the Inner Child or True Self is the way that we connect with our Higher Power, so I wrote out some questions for my Inner Child. I said: “Do you believe in a Higher Power?” He wrote back: “Yes. God is in the stars.” I said: “Can you help me connect with God or let God in?”He wrote back: “It’s not a big deal. This seems to me a familiar statement.
What I said before is:
God is in me like the ocean
in a wave,
not like a blueberry in a muffin.
And I’m in God, where he is,
what he is, like he is
so long as I surrender,
so long as I seek
to know and to do
his next right thing for me.
Today is it. God is with me. All is well.
