without guilt, innocent,
lacking pretense.
Children and fools always tell the truth.
A little child is transparent,
has nothing to hide.
A little child is curious,
eager to learn.
A little child trusts,
believes the best of all.
A little child like everyone, loves all.
A little child trusts and says
whatever he thinks.
A little child follows,
knows someone more capable
is in control, and all is good.
Take my life, and let it be
